As a paralegal, one of Litigation Resources’ previous owners, and now as a partner in LegalPartners, please believe me when I say that I care a great deal, both personally and professionally, about the record service you receive from my office.
A merger can be challenging at best, but it appears we have the hardest part behind us. PLEASE, please let me know if you experience difficulty with any aspect of our service. I will fix it – it’s my promise and a guarantee. I had assumed we would be able to merge LRI’s web status pages with the LegalPartners’ website. I assumed wrong and I’m sorry. The two programs are just not compatible enough. Below are instructions for accessing your status reports for any record orders placed prior to May 5, 2008.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE STATUS ACCESS
FOR ORDERS PLACED WITH LRI PRIOR TO MAY 5, 2008:
- Follow this link – www.legalpartners.com – and click on the “Online Records/Status Checking” button and follow the “LRI Orders Placed Prior to 5/5/08” link. Enter the same log-in ID and password previously used on LRI’s website. You will be taken to your firm’s status reports generated prior to the merge.
FOR ORDERS: PLACED WITH LRI/LEGALPARTNERS AFTER MAY 5, 2008:
- Follow this link – www.legalpartners.com. An account has been set up using your email as the User Name and the same password as registered with LRI’s website. Click the “Online Records/Status Checking” button and follow the “Click Here to Log In” link. You will be able to view the status of all orders within the LegalPartners ordering system.
